New routine

I'm starting a new penis enlargement routine. I really enjoy hanging and the quick results I have noticed with the few times I have done it. From my perspective I believe the penis is an organ that you must let "be free". If it wants to hang let hang. When you feel a boner coming on let it stand up. And so with this philosophy I feel hanging will allow the penis to enter the natural state. With all this said masterbation is a no no. Everything will require mind control. For example, I see a hot milf I want my dick to become hard for her, not masterbate the thought of her. Anyways off topic, so the routine is simple and requires minimal time. I have bought the heaviest fishing weights from walmart , about two ounces a weight. I have wrapped them in rubber bands and then wrapped a free rubber band, about half way, that attaches to my shaft. The good thing is this device does not cut off circulation and you can adjust the opening to the size that's comfortable. So today I was hanging two weights from the shaft since this morning and it is now 420 lol. I have noticed a refractory period the other day in which the penis was in recovery mode from the amount of hanging done. It felt like muscle growth after a workout maybe. And then I noticed that my penis was fat! Mines is really long and skinny and the hanging seemed to improve the girth immediately. Also I am doing occasional pumps but not recently because I'm kind of hairy now.. Updates to come
