One negative: I have recently discovered that my girth is less than I thought. It is 4.25 inches around. That is a little disheartening.
However, my erections have no doubt improved. I am getting nighttime wood like I never have before. It constantly wakes me up and doesn't go down.
Unfortunately, the glans and CS still aren't as engorged as I'd like, but I'm improving, and I feel that will come later. I have gone off a bit lately because of exam study but I finished today, and have no University for a long time!
Therefore, it's time to focus on girth and erections and PE. The plan
- Keep at the stretching. I have found many stretches that really work for me. These I do every day, for about an hour.
- Running, both for mind and body.
- Massage. I bought a rumble roller and it is doing wonders. It was hurting at first but I am slowly eliminating many trigger points I think.
- Clamping. It worries me a little but I am conditioned enough and it's time to really target girth. I will take it very easy at first.
- Pumping. I'm going to buy the Penomet (Bathmate is broken).
- Jelqing. Every now and then, as I see fit. This will be my lighter routine. I'll do soft pulls, and hopefully that helps with EQ.
- DMSO and nascent iodine every day. This got the improved EQ going.
- I'm now on Zoloft for my depression and anxiety and I'm feeling a lot better. Hopefully this also improved my PE. I should have been on this a long time ago. I never realised just how anxious of a person I am.
Positive mindset. I'm ready to go.
