  • Jelqing - 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins at night.
  • Bathmate - 15 mins in the morning. (Going to 20 mins beginning of the 4th week)
  • Clamping 5 mins (Started May/2/14)
  • Kegals: 100-200 M,W,F (throughout the day)
