Yesterday was not a good day for hanging I only got three sets due to so much discomfort.i tried last night but just thought fuck that shit and went to bed .this morning however is much better .I took off some of the extra padding moved the attachment point closer to the base and tightened it up more and voila .im back in the game I think I mite finally reach fatigue at the end of set three .also I have noticed that when I reverse kegal while hanging it feels great .I have been pulsing the kegals and starting to get a new feeling deep in the base .

im going out for the weekend so I mite have problems getting some time to hang but im taking my stuff anyway .my main concern is where I will heat my cock sock up .probablyI will just do it could this weekend .
