Used to HATE mondays. Who would of thought a monday morning on the job could be so awesome? Great day. Got some great training. Everything went so smoothly. It is SO nice to be part of a well oiled, employee oriented, organized company. If you live in Vegas, you really should consider checking out Bally Technologies. Awesome place.
My business thought for the day: You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want. - Zig Ziglar. This is totally in sync with my nature. My single deepest desire has always been to have made a difference in the lives of others when I leave this existence. The gentleman who put together the business plan I am following have also taken to it to heart. The business plan they designed REQUIRES that each individual MUST help others succeed to achieve their own success. There is no way around it. I love it!
PE continues also. While I still have a size goal to get to, as you learn and grow, not just physically, it has become more about discipline, routine, and commitment. I openly admit. Upon retirement, I crashed hard. I got lazy. I still busted my butt on the job as always, but I stopped growing and challenging myself. Forcing myself to get up 2 hours early before work to get my morning routine in, is putting me back on track. Although doing PE does make it a lot easier. It does feel pretty awesome.
So the routine continues the same. Sunday thru Friday, Saturday off, 20 strokes in each direction start to finish. Followed by Bathmate during my shower. I plan to increase by 5 strokes (That is 25, 30, 35,....) each direction on the first sunday of each month.
Also, though it is hard to resist, I can feel a definite difference all ready, and REALLY want to check, I am going to measure on the first and third sunday of the month only. For those measuring daily or even weekly, you are just frustrating yourself by looking for results that are just not going to happen that fast. Trust me! All newbies tend to make the same mistakes, everyone one of us has in the beginning. It is a rare bird that actually listens to starting advice given. Human nature is what it is.
