1. 700 side to sides, very heavy pulling from 200 on. This stretch takes a long time. It took me 23 minutes to do 700 reps. Manipulatng the penis from one leg back to the other is one rep. Only limiting factor on ppulling harder was my grip. Took a few hours of a break..

2. 200 side to sides with heavy pulling.

3. 4 hours of extender use. I used the two inch rods. I then attached the 1/2 inch rods and unscrewed the rods almost all the way out and my penis got very skinny. I then tightened the screws all the way down and my unit became thicker and felt better.
