Counteracting Balding in DHT

I've asked users this question a few times, and still, nobody wants to answer it. So now, I'm going to put it out there and hope someone will give me the answer that appears to be eluding me. As I was checking out the PEBible, it warns of the balding effects of DHT, and one person whose username is "I Will" talked about how he balded. I'm too young and I'm concerned about balding and I don't wanna lose hair at this age, too soon. What can be done to completely counteract the balding effects of DHT? How much fruits or counteractants will be needed?
