Some of these exercises include the so-called ‘pinch’ method, ‘jelqing’ and ‘kegel’ exercises. By doing these exercises you can learn how to control your climax which allows you to have longer quality sexual experience.
  • Avoid smoking and too much alcohol – If you want to address your problem on premature ejaculation, you must avoid having excessive alcohol and stop smoking. These two vices are known to be the common culprit for having premature ejaculation. Some components of cigarettes and alcoholic beverages have negative effects to your body that may cause premature ejaculation.
  • Healthy diet –A good healthy diet also helps you deal with your problem on premature ejaculation. Start eating healthy food that is rich in protein and vitamins to give you more energy you need during sexual intercourse. Keep away from unhealthy fatty and high-cholesterol foods.
