OK.
So I purchased the Bathmate, and I already regret that, as I now want to steer clear of all PE-related routines. I have done a lot of reading today, and most people seem to say that, if you have soft glans and CS, then the last thing you should be doing is exercises that will expand veins that are already too large. My superficial dorsal vein is very big; it just drains my penis when erect (I can only get a strong erection when I squeeze the base).
Therefore, it's all about targeting my ED and Pre-E, which I think are largely related.
1. Reverse kegels, 2 days on 1 day off. I think I often squeeze too hard. The goal is to relax
the muscles, not to strain them. I need to make this a routine. So, while in the shower:
- 15 x 5 second squeezes
- 10 x 10 second squeezes
- 6 x 20 second squeezes
- 3 x 30 second squeezes
- 2 x 60 second squeezes
NB: I know people don't recommend RK-only routines. I will do this for 2 weeks, and then (maybe) introduce some regular kegels. It will be at a ratio of about 75-25. That area is incredibly tight. I involuntarily flex so often, i.e. when getting out of a seat, when something makes me nervous just simple movements. Therefore, to further tighten it seems completely unproductive.
2. DMSO, Nascent Iodine and Magnesium oil application every day. The results I have seen from this so far have been great, although no effect on glans and CS yet.
3. Exercise every day, or at least 5 days a week. Puts me in a good headspace.
4. Meditate every day. This I think will help with Pre-E (and maybe ED) over time. Again, puts me in a good headspace (I suffer from anxiety). I also often try to hold a very light RK while I try to focus on the area around my penis. I imagine slowly emptying a full red ball, relieving it of its tension. Sounds a bit stupid, but it might help.
5. Pelvic floor stretches: 10-15 minutes. Every day. I often try to hold a soft RK during these. I might add the tennis ball massage in a little later (i.e. 1-2 weeks).
6. NO PORN!!! Ejaculate once a week max. In a week's time, I will introduce edging and/or ballooning.
7. Very light penis stretches. 20 seconds each direction. Once every second day. This is just about loosening up that area, not gaining size.
AND, if all this fails, I will see a radiologist when I return to Australia. It's a 2 month plan. I will add to it if I think it's necessary.
