It is tough keeping up with PE when you are also tackling depression, which is largely related to your penis issues. Anyway, I'm starting to feel a bit better, because I think I'm starting to see some results.
I read about people using DMSO and Nascent Iodine on their penis for soft glans syndrome (which I have) and there have been some results thus far. Erections are much easier to attain and maintain, but they are not as hard as I would like. I have only been doing this for 2 weeks though so I have to be patient.
Basically, my routine for now is aimed to improving my EQ and PE. I also want to add girth, but I think I need to deal with those issues first.
My routine:
- Apply DMSO and Nascent Iodine to penis and perineum. I also do a few extra drops of iodine onto my testicles. Twice a day. One day off a week.
- Jelq every second day. Standard, nothing special. I do it for as long as I feel is right. Usually about 10-15 minutes. Bio Oil.
- Stretch lightly every day (i.e. 20 seconds in each direction)
- Two pelvic floor stretches every day
- Kegel routine every second day (75-25:RK-K)
- 30 x 1 sec hold, 12 x 5, 6 x 10, 3 x 20, 3 x 30, 1 x 60)
- Half the amount of Ks as above
- I will increase over time
- Coming soon: Bathmate
- Since my goal is EQ, I'm going to be VERY careful with this. I will start at around 3 minutes flaccid and slowly work up. I will never do an excessive amount.
- Coming soon: Edging
- I'm going to start edging every second or third day, and focusing on the way my body feels throughout, and trying to combat involuntary kegels.
So, ultimately, for me, less is more. I need a routine that I will stick to, so that I stay motivated. I also need one that eases me into more intensive routines, but I never intend to do anything too intense. It's not a strict routine, in that I might jelq two days on, one off if I have no negative signs (i.e. red spots), or if my penis feels up to it, but I am making sure to kegel every day and stretch every second day.
