So I wanted to try clamping and have come to really enjoy this type of PE.
There are variations to this routine but here is my preferred routine to work on girth:
1. warm up a few minutes, then
2. get under the covers get an erection, prepare a wrap for my unit then apply the cable clamp for ten minutes.
3. then take a minute or two break then do
4. jelqs for a few minutes and then on with the
5. clamp for another 8 to 10 minutes. Then the tub is filled with water and while it is filling a few more minutes of
6. jelqing.
7. then 17 to 20 minutes of water based pumping then --you guessed it-- 8. jelqs for a couple of minutes, a few minutes rest then
9. 15 minutes of pumping. I get crazy expansion without the donut effect following this routine. (Before you try tis make sure you have a conditioned unit)
When I have a lot of time I do manual stretches with a concentration on bundled stretches. These bundled stretches is what I attribute to myrecent length gain. My BPEL is 7 7/16 and almost 7 1/2.
