Aiming to increase length. also aiming to increase girth but only by a little. Therefore more focus on stretches at < 30% erection level.
Week 1:
supplements taken: l-argnine, vitamin b and iron pills
Note:also doing 5 minutes after each session to work on my phimosis problem by stretching foreskin.
day 1. Bit rag tag did some advised stretches to ease myself in for around 20 minutes now wet jelqs
day 2. started the j90p program adjusted for more stretches since i'm aiming for length rather then girth. 10 minute warm up 10 minutes of stretches 10 minutes of jelqs 5 minute warm down. No real problems
day 3. 10 minute warm up, 10 minutes stretches, 200 wet jelqs 120 v jelqs, 5 minutes stretches 5 minute warm down. Some slight difficulty keeping penis at low erection level
day 4. 10 minute warm up, 10 minutes stretches, 200 wet jelqs 120 v jelqs, 5 minutes stretches 5 minute warm down. No problems
day 5. 10 minute warm up, 10 minutes stretches, 200 wet jelqs 120 v jelqs, 5 minutes stretches 5 minute warm down. No problems

End of week notes: skin feels looser and erections seem more solid less trouble pulling back foreskin. Also flacid length feels bigger though this could be mental as opposed to physical
