Ball Stretching

Since my ball sack was up most of the time, I have been manually stretching my scrotum for a couple of weeks with some moderate results. It is getting easier daily. The sack is hanging lower now. My routine lasts 10 minutes morning and night. I warm up with soap, then conditioner and finish off with baby oil and cocoa butter. When should I start the weights and how heavy? I need some advice please.
