I wasn't able to wear the phallosan today and likely won't be able to on weekends, or at least not for extended periods. After more research decided to go with my own program rather than a pre-made one since it fits my lifestyle a bit better. Decided that I'd start with stretching, jelqing and pumping on top of regular phallosan wear. I've also decided to increase the intensity by increasing the time I do a certain exercise by 1 minute daily. To start with it'll be jelqing time that gets increased in an attempt to even out any potential length gains I'd be making from my ADS.

3 sets of 5 minutes in the pump with 2.5 minutes between sets
10 minutes of stretching in all directions
10 minutes of jelqing with occasional kegels

warm down in the shower

Also decided for fun to take my flaccid measurements after I get out of the shower.
