I'm Back
I laid off the PE for almost a month, maybe even more.. So now it's time I get back to it. I may have lost some girth in the process :(
What I did today:
Warm up - shower then hot towel
Squeezes - 25 5-second "advanced squeezes" at about 25-30% erection (will aim for 60% next time)
Side-to-Side Stretch - 100 in each direction
Tension Stretch - 100 seconds outward (2 sets of 30sec, 1 set of 40 sec); 100 seconds downward; 100 seconds upwards
Lazy Ass Stretch - 100 seconds (leg raised on top of bathroom sink, right arm pulling under the cheeks)
Kegels - I got through maybe seven 5-second erect kegels (while watching porn) before I lost my wood. Will try to do this without porn, but it's difficult.
Tomorrow I will do a more jelq-oriented routine, repeat from start then take 2 days off.. 4-on, 2 off kind of thing.
(Jelqs, ulis, supras, etc.)
I still measure out at around 6.6-6.7 bpel (a tick below 6.75), and my goal is to hit 7+ nbpel by the end of the summer.
I will add onto the squeezes by 5 and stretches by 10 seconds every week.
