Sunday Summary Week 22

The pain in my groin is almost completely gone; I could start now if I wanted, but I won't.

I'm disappointing in myself at my lack of commitment to my training over the past month or so, and even before that my training was rather sporadic. As much as my intention was to PE non-stop until January 2015, this slow period has been more than just a short break.

I've noticed minor gains recently, but not enough to put an exact number on it. The erection level does fluctuate, after all.

I may start again next week when I have more free time. I'm thinking of perhaps starting a new routine and using it as a new starting point from which I plan to record more consistent progress.

My current routine has mostly been stretches and jelqs; I've avoided ulis out of fear of making veins larger than they already are.

I'm interested in preventing myself from orgasm through masturbation (which means no orgasms as I'm not having sex) and edging to increase hardness and to indirectly assist gains. I plan to incorporate a fleshlight into my routine as both a device with which to edge for hardness and gains, as well as for stamina, which I feel will be useful.

I've also taken an interest in penis extenders, particularly the phallosan forte. Although I have always been skeptical of PE generally and very much skeptical of devices, the growing scientific evidence surrounding the effectiveness of extenders is encouraging, and I may consider buying one. The interesting thing about the phallosan forte is the fact that it can be worn for such extended periods of time with out taking it off, which is great considering that stretchers require large amounts of time to generate results.

So as disappointing as things have been recently, I have a renewed optimism towards the future of my endeavors. I'll make a more formal plan soon, but for now, this is what I plan for my next PE attempt:

Phallosan forte use from bedtime until morning and then removing it.
Using the fleshlight in the shower for 5 minutes or so for hardness and stamina; avoidance of orgasm at all times.
Putting back on the forte if time permits and wearing it for the rest of the morning until my lectures begin.
Removing it when out and about during the day out of self-consciousness of wearing the device, although it is apparently surprisingly consealable.
Putting back on the device when at home in the evening.
Removing it for jelqing and fleshlight routine; no manual stretches considering the extender.
Putting on the extender and sleeping.

Of course this is all subject to change; I have no idea how long I'll be able to wear the extender or if I'll even get one, but I'd love to try it out. Anyway, I may have big ideas, but we'll have to see how things pan out in the near future. Until next time.
