My Routine (for now)

After much playing around, pardon the pun, and figuring out what works best for me, I have come up with a routine I think will get me to my goals. I just ordered an extender from x4labs, so I'll be adding that to the routine as well. And I'm trying to get myself back in shape a bit after letting go for a while, so I'll incorporate that as I can.


  1. Warm up with rice sock
  2. 5-8 minutes of basic stretching and some bundled stretching
  3. 20-30 mins of dry jelqing/ulis
  4. Pump for 20-30 mins and lift weights (I figure the extra hgh floating around from building muscle couldn't hurt. ;) )
  5. Warm down with a rice sock and cock ring to keep engorgement a little longer
  6. After naturally losing engorgement, put on the extender and wear for the rest of the night
