Post #008: Personal Advice! + a Confession

Its been a long while since my last post in PEGym. So guess what?
I decided to pop up today so that I can put in a piece of my mind regarding into PE and hope that it can help some people out there who is in need of motivation for some gains! Yes the post is long (like many of my other posts) , but if you finish reading it, I promise you, you will learn something new out of this, iI you leave, i just simply shows that you're not wanting this bad enough.

Note: Most of the items here shown will be mostly for newbies, some other PE members that have been struggling with growth may find this post helpful too. But if you're one of those PE veterans, well you can read it out and correct me if Im wrong.

1. What to do if you're totally new to PE

The first thing you should do (assuming you know NOTHING of PE), is to check the link below and learn the acronyms and know techiniques like what a jelq, a stretch, a kegel is. Make sure to read the follow articles

2. Personal Advices to help maximize NEWBIE gains
Below here is things that Ive done that maximized MY gains, it may work on you, it may not. But its better if you have a try. After all,

1. Learn to Kegel!

Info: Kegel Exercises For Men
Reason: Learning how to Kegels can help you in the following ways
- Make jelqing more effective (Kegel more blood into each jelqing stroke for more effectiveness!)
- Cement your gains (If you want to stop PE for a while, make sure you use Kegels to promote bloodflow into your unit.)
- Stronger Pelvic Floor (Info and Benifits: Kegel Exercises For Men)

2. You need to make an routine that is flexible (meaning that your routine should be easily adjustable, in terms of increasing exercise lengths for each exercises, meaning more time is needed for those exercises.)

Reason: I can tell you right now, I actually do not really follow my routine that much. I just stick with the moves that I have for my routine, but my intensity changes every day.

As JonPop said in his JP90 routine, in Post #08 and Remek in Post #09; he has came up with a theory that members actually develop something called UP ad DOWN days. I have took the liberty to post it here to add some convenience.


To all you PE'rs

This is jsut my opinion, my own observation and a determination.
I have always been an advocate of doing PE 5 days, with 2 days off for growing and healing. Whenever asked I always state this. This has been my advice in my Beginners Routine and I have following myself during the many months I have been doing Penis Exercises. I still recommend this cycle espcially for those new to PE. I am now changing my thinking on this, at least where
MY routine is concerned.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one that this happens to. So I'll try and get to the point.

I have noticed for quite awhile now, that when doing my PE in the mornings, one day, maybe two, three days in a row, I'll have a great PE session. Everything working, great workout, penis responded to what you were doing, you know the feeling. Then, the next day, nothing. The routine doesn't go well, so you give up, chalking it up to being too tired, not in the mood, mind is somewhere else, etc. And yet, wanting to stay in my routine, I'll keep trying untill I finally quit in frustration.

I have been charting this for the past few months and paying attention to these "Down Days" as I call them. Some days I only get 1 good workout before having a Down Day, sometimes I can get 3,5 days in a row. But I have found a cycle here. I now, realize that my body is telling me that these are the "Growth Days." I use these Down Days as my rest days now and have found that this is the cycle that works for me. All my workouts have been more productive and don't want to post yet, but the gains after being stalled for the past couple of months, are incredible...But waiting to cement these before saying.

You Ask? What happens if you don't have a Down Day for say...4,5, days in a row?

I do my exercises untill I have a Down Day. As long as the session is what I consider productive. I know I will have a Down Day, maybe 2 in a row, so this is now my determination. All I can say is "Listen to your body" Feed Back? JP
As for the Down Days, I think it helps with one of the key variabilities with PE: Everyone is different, That is why it is so hard to have one "set routine". What works for me won't necessarily work for the next guy. Using factors such as Down Days and PIs helps eliminate some of the variabilities.

3. Edging! Helps with rapid growth!:

Reason: It may work for you, it may not, but it doesnt hurt if you give this a try. Personally, I do edging whenever I feel like it and have the time. I would just sit for a 30 minutes edging session and not ejaculate at the end of the session. I would always ejaculate on the last session of the week, which would usually be on a Friday (since I would always have sex with my gf)

4. Sex can help you with gains and growth , but it can offset you if you have sex and ejac too much. Try and limit your sex sessions if possible!

5. Stick with the basic moves, they are basic for a reason. So that it helps accentuate newbie gains!

Reason: I can see the point. Too much testosterone dumps is bad for your gains.

3. Confession, what I did wrong
During my "first few weeks of PE". I said that I was doing my own version of JP90. I tried to do a week of JP90, but at the end of it, I decided to quit and tried to learn how to Kegel while Jelqing, Kegel will stretching, Helicopter shakes, and a few other techniques I tried which is better for myself. So yeah, in conclusion, I drifted off from my proposed version of JP90 after testing for a week and found out that I am better off experimenting with LEARNING HOW TO KEGEL AND USE KEGELS WITH JELQING!
