This is the year for a new me. i'm improving myself with diet, a diffrent job, and Pe and general fitness. I have'nt measured myself this year but when I do I will post it. I have known about pe for a long time and have sporadically done jelquing and stuff. I have a better handle on everything after all the information I've absorbed. I have been doing pe dedicatedly for about 8 months and have seen better eq and flacid length. My BPFSL has also gone up about 1/2 inch but no concrete length gains as of yet.
I measured at the beginning of summer about 6 BPEL and 5 EG
I have a bib starter that I got over the summer, I have been doing only manual routine excersizes until I felt I was well contitioned enough to begin. I have been hanging for about a month now and have pregressed to about 3 pounds SD & BTC for 4 sets everday.
Skin strech is comming along nicely and I feel no pain but a good strech in my ligs and base of the shaft. I will bumb up to 5 sets a day before I increase weight again.
