Well, its officially 2014 and its time for another post.

My injury is slightly better. Swelling and pain are very minimal but still exist when the area is tampered with. I haven't been putting on ice, but I have been taking glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and cissus almost daily.

Its been along time since I've watched porn. Two months, two weeks and two days to be exact. I can feel so many positive things happening inside of me. I have a better, wider range of emotions, less anxiety, I'm becoming genuinely attracted to girls around me (not all the time, but I'm learning and I think its coming back) I have the strongest erections I've ever had in my life (funny to say), I get aroused very easily, I get erections easily, ect. I can't say I can attribute all of this to quitting porn... but I do think that it's helped.

Regardless, they are positive changes I am going through in my life right now all of which are part of what I consider to be PE.

Also, as of today the bnip challenge is over. I didn't gain the .9 inches I hoped for, but that's alright. I think the next 6 months will be really good.
