I'm starting the JP 90 routine today and have decided to keep a log. I've done PE before a few years ago but I was only 16 at the time. I gained .5 inches in length and .2 in girth. The girth gains were just from better eq. My current stats are 7.0 bpel and 5.0 meg.
12/1/2013- today the stretches went well and I was properly warmed up. I'm still having trouble jelqing as described here. I've always one hand jelqed before. I only did 100 jelqs and 60 v jelqs because the skin near the base of my penis was irritated. I tried edging for a bit post workout; however, I didn't want to finish so I only edged for about 5 mins. I've been wearing sweats since after the workout and am hanging fat so that is a good sign.
