That being said, my methods and routines have gone through so many variations over the years I will go over what has always seemed to me to be the bread and butter exercises. My exercises combine girth and length together...however, I feel I really have a grasp (sorry) on girth and when I began focusing on that. I never did length first and then girth or the reverse. My feeling on that is the more you have to grab, the easier it is to put more force on the stretch so I tend to get my dick "fat" with girrth exercises and then use that to stretch at the end of my workout...but not always, just 90% of the time.

So I like to get as much blood into my penis PRE stimulation. You can use a cockring which j have been doing over the last 6 months or not. With and OK grip at the base I do helicopters or shakes continuously and slowly my penis will start to get erect ...I don't try to get erect I concentrate on relaxing my pelvic floor muscles deep at the base while shaking/helicopters As the muscles relax I feel more and more blood filling and once mostly erect I then stimulate until fully erect.. I make small adjustments of my OK grip at the base to quickly allow more blood in and then immediately trapping it by tightening again.

At this point I do erect jelqs, light bends and squeezes in various amounts and order. The squeezes I do are like squeezing a pastry bag or tube of toothpaste starting at the bottom and working up. I do a lot of holds at the head to allow maximum expansion for what I think has helped my glans get so large. This process is repeated over and over again each time my erection begins to weaken, except for doing the helicopters. I often will do forceful stretches with my semi-erect/flaccid at the end of each mini set before stimulating to full erection again. Each set my penis gets fuller and heavier which makes grabbing for stretches both easier and more intense at the base.

For stretches I do pretty much all the ones listed...but I really like any stretch where you can use the leverage of you hand or wrist to get a very strong deep stretch at the base. One stretch I do is done while fully erect and it is sort of hard to explain. I use an OK grip at the base and the other hand is also an OK grip where both OK grips are touching each other in mirror image . Now carefully I squeeze the base OK grip while pushing the base of the palm of that fist into the pubic bone to force the base of my penis out and then simultaneously pull with the upper OK grip to assist in stretching the penis out(I may have to post a pic). If this is done correctly you can get a lot of force for both length and girth in one movement.

Also, I consider all the stimulation edging and I try to get as much expansion here before manually squeezing as well. I do not release often because I think it helps with growth and recovery.
