I'm trying to hold back from exercising today since I had very thorough workout for the last 4 days. The JP90 served as a great foundation. I've incorporated UJs and UVs for a couple of weeks now and just last night found out about BigO's LAS (Lazy ass stretch). That will definitely be added to the warm up stretch.

After some studying on the tunica and smooth muscle in the penis I believe that I'm limited by my tunica.

I think all beginners should find out the difference as soon as possible and focus on one more than the other. The main thing that has be believing that I'm limited by the tunica is that my girth is within .5" of my length as well as the length differential from BPEL to BPFSEL only being about .25". I've made noticeable girth gains but I can't be certain if the length gains are there yet. However, I do not have EQ of 9 or 10 all the time. This may be due to a frequently exhausted penis, between sex and PEing it doesn't get much of a break.
I'm still holding back from purchasing such things as the phallosan forte, big hanger, or LG hanger. I think the phallosan forte would be best for my schedule. I'd like to hear some more results on people making gains off of it before I spend the $300. These devices should help me with my limiting factor (the tunica) but for now I will focus on manual stretches.
