Although girth remained unchanged from where I last measured, it feels more evenly distributed than before.
Routine

Edge for 20 minutes every third workout; with ejaculation
I went with 3 days on, 1 day off because I wanted my rest days a little more evenly spaced. I went with longer jelq duration and not counting reps in order to focus on the quality of the jelq. I ejaculate every third workout simply for good health and decided to turn it into an exercise by edging for 20 minutes. I measure myself only once every month so I don't spin my wheels and obsess over numbers, which could lead to me making unnecessary changes to my routine.

I liked adding the ballooning exercise to my routine, but after noticing a positive PI because of accidentally doing a 2 day on, 1 day off scheme, I will be switching over to this day-scheme for my next month of PE.

I noticed my EQ drastically went up when I switched to a 2-1 day scheme, but started to decline when I added duration to my jelqing; I'm sticking with the 2-1 day scheme with the same 10 minute duration for jelqing, while edging when my libido won't leave me alone. I don't think I'll be changing anything with regards to my routine unless my progress plateaus.

As a matter of convenience I'm going to matching my jelqing day-scheme with my workout day-scheme; workout every other day and after my fourth workout I take two days off instead of one then start all over.

3 second jelqs for 10 minutes.
8-12 hours after my jelqing session I would edge anywhere from 10-30 minutes.
Given that I only had 9 sessions in a span of one month, this routine is definitely more suited for maintenance than growth. I will be trying a 2 day on, 1 day off, with 10 minutes of jelqing and 10 minutes of ballooning, with edging on the 7th day.

Warm Up/Cooldown: Penis submerged in hot water for 2 minutes.
100 Jelqs (5 sec. each) @ <= 50% erection.
Once I started jelqing at a lower erection percentage, I gained 2/16" in just 8 sessions. I'll be measuring myself on 8/26/18 (30 day mark). After I hit my length goal, I'll be switching to a purely girth routine (TBD).
