HELP!!
On April 19 of 2019, I was in the restroom and was fluffing myself up. Out of nowhere, I had a sharp shooting pain that lasted less that 5 seconds and my penis became a moderate hard flaccid. It decreased in length, but was not rock hard, but rubbery, or the consistency of barely chewed gum. The day following, when I went to sleep, I had one of the most intense boners of my life. The condition went away for about 1.5-2 weeks, and then would come back on and off, but each time it came back the symptoms werent as severe.
I noticed that when I read success stories, the condition would improve. Recently, a lot of things in my life have shown me that I will beat this, I just dont know how😂. I know its a pelvic floor issue. Im prone to holding in farts in public, I definitely believe doing these for x amount of years could have lead to some tension/dysfunction. Me stretching my member was most likely the straw that broke the camels back. somehow my body has healed this about 60% better, and I need help with the other 40%.
SYMPTOMS
1. Decreased EQ- I get morning wood and random erections(I had quite a lot of nighttime erections when I first hit puberty, but the ended long before this, most likely due to my hormones leveling out) but there quality is like a 6-7, with less inflated glans, less rigidity. Previously they felt like they could cut diamonds.
2. Cooler glans-I started taking more Gingko after reading a reddit thread, and it has helped my circulation, but not cured me(obviously). My glans is cooler to touch, but mostly after exercise or if I sit down at home a lot(my house is really frickin cold lol)
3. Mild constipation-Ive had very mild IBS-like bowel habits since childhood...inherited them from my mom😂
4. Bulging veins on the left side and snaking around the bottom of my shaft, but less so this past weekend.
5. My penis was never rock hard since Ive had this condition. It is just about the average length it was the seconds before my injury. It is slightly more rigid, but I am always able to squish the top and sides with ease.
6. My EQ and libido have decreased somewhat, but I can get an erection decently(7.5-8/10) and my libido has slowly returned out of nowhere. The bottom cein(its name escapes me currently) inflates, but not as rigid, as well as my glans. I can feel it inflating if I palpate into the scrotum, but as soon as it exits my pelvic floor it isnt as inflated.
7. NO, and I repeat NO PELVIC PAIN WHATSOEVER. At first I thought I sprained a ligament, but even that would cause some pain.
8. Member increases in length in girth when in a hot shower or bath, almost exactly like it did pre-injury.
I believe I have a milder form of this, and my muscles arent as tense. Ive been more flexible recently, and I feel like Im on the precipice of recovery. Im also younger(just became legal in February). If I work on this now after 2.75 months will it recover faster? Ive read how people suffering for years take more time to get better. I want to nip this in the bud while its not as severe, and hopefully before summer ends(off to UMD in August!!) so I can really enjoy college, but Ill take anytime in the next 5-6 months.
OPTIONS IM CONSIDERING:
1. DCT- This looks like the most viable option-i reached out to Greg HF, and I started doing some resistance stretching. It helped. I also started a regular regimen of vitamins that aid circulation(I know that pills cant help me beat this). Im low on funds, so anyone whos done this PLEASE PM me some exercises or workouts!!! But I will ask my parents for some funds.
2. HANS Protocol- I have struggled with depression and anxiety in the past, and I think I couldve had this gone a while back if I addressed the stress I was putting myself rough reading sad stories from 9+ years ago. I believe this could also help.
3. Therawand-Ive...erm...inspected myself for internal trigger points and couldnt find any. However, Ive noticed soreness in my groin(hurts like a 6/10 when pressed on) and my left side from halfway down from my armpit to my hip is sore to the touch as well. This was the side I initially felt pain on. I think tennis ball massages could help, as this may be a trigger point.
4.TRE and Yoga Nidra- I read Voodoo and Obitoos threads from a few years back and concluded that personally, as an anxiety/depression inclined person, that this could help me calm my nerves. I sometimes go hours without thinking about HF and when the brief thought comes to mind, symptoms slightly worsen.
5. Basic pelvis/groin resistance and static stretches and pelvic floor yoga exercises. Maintaining the vitamins to encourage circulation.
Any help would be appreciated... BUT PLEASE STAY CIVIL!!!
