Momentum Monday: 9/24/2018

By God's grace, I woke up!

Here's my sleep record:

- Sleep Duration: 6:17
- Sleep Quality: 4/4
- Morning Steel: 0

I am on a mini-staycation so I just finished my training.

Here's the training for today:

- Warm-up: 10 minutes (fire roll, penis shaking)
- Ultimate Jelq: 18 minutes
- Stretching: 3 minutes (35 sec hold: all directions)
- Warm-down: 5 minutes (fire roll, penis shaking)

Audios played during training:

- Subliminal 7-inch repeat by Harmonious Light Foundation (on loop)
- Permanent Results (10 minutes)

Note: I also adjusted my sound to where the sound would be similar if it had a reverb effect.

Wow, my EQ was off the charts. I had the idea to kegel blood into my penis during the UJ's and wow, what a difference that made. I also would SLOW jelq and when I hit a "painful" area, I would pause there and feel it. When I got to the bottom of the glans, I would hold an OK position and squeeze then kegel blood into the chambers.

After I was done with UJ's, if you were to look down at my penis, you would see that the sides of my CC were inflated. I NEVER saw it this thick before especially the sides! My EQ was strong. I then remembered that I needed to do stretches and had to wait until I was soft to stretch...nice issue to have!

Overall, this was the best training yet! Wowsers!
