Last night I had a huge hardon. It was harder than I haver ever felt ... and it started twitching ... like it almost had a mind (and goal) of its own...
Have done my share of kegels today. And am already noticing that my flaccid turtleback is already a bit diminishing.
Is this possible... so soon ...?

What happens when you have reached your goal?
Can one just stop and drop everyhing? Of do you need to follow an after-training programme?
